Shipping Policy

Production time
Once your order is placed, printing and binding take approximately 3–5 business days. During launch periods or holidays, production may take slightly longer.

Shipping time
After production, your copy ships with our print partner's tracked delivery service:

• Germany: 5–8 business days
• Europe: 8–12 business days
• USA, Canada & Rest of World: 10–14 business days

In total, please allow 2–3 weeks from order to doorstep. Good things take time.

Shipping costs
Free worldwide shipping on every order. No hidden fees at checkout.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your copy ships. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 days, reach out to us.

Customs & import duties
Orders are produced and shipped from the print facility closest to you. For most destinations, no customs fees apply. If your country charges import duties, these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged or lost copies
If your magazine arrives bent, torn, or damaged in any way, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging — we'll send you a replacement copy free of charge. If your order is lost in transit (no delivery within 30 days of shipping confirmation), we'll reprint and reship it.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address cannot be refunded, but contact us as soon as possible — if production hasn't started yet, we can still update the address.
